Shell de Mar Photography
So Shell de who, you say? Well, there’s a little story behind the name.
My actual name is Marshella although most people call me Shella/Shell (feel free to call me either!). A few years ago, my sister tried to convince me to join facebook, and wanting to only be a lurker at the time, I created a profile using the anagram of my name to remain anonymous – and Shell de Mar was born.
Years later, I am no longer a lurker and the name Shell de Mar kinda sticks. So when looking for a name for my photography business, it was a natural option. So there you have it – the origin of Shell de Mar Photography.
I know it’s a quirky name, but then again I’m kinda a quirky person
